Hi đź‘‹ I'm Rob a product and service designer based in Birmingham, UK.

I love to problem solve by design.

I am as happy service blueprinting as I am crafting pixel perfect prototypes or running design sprints.

I enjoy learning about people, context, and systems to design products and services that create value for every user.

When not pushing pixels or post-it notes, I’m mostly playing football or listening to obscure jazz the Frozen soundtrack with my daughters ❄️
